Hamza Bin Tahir is a Pakistani filmmaker, director, editor and sound designer. He is a graduate of National College of Arts, Lahore and did his bachelor's in Film & Television. His body of work mainly consists of music videos, fashion films and independent shorts. He has directed music videos for renowned Pakistani musicians such as the rock band Bayaan in collaboration with Pepsi, popstar Shamoon Ismail, electronic musician Talal Qureshi and indie acts like Wooly Aziz. For his music video work he won Best Music Video Director at the Lux Style Awards 2021 for his music video of the song Teri Tasveer by Bayaan, he was also nominated for Best Music Video Director at the SEPMA Awards 2019 for his music video of the song Khel Tamasha by Bayaan. His post production work ranges from films, web series, music videos, fashion films, documentaries and all sort of video based projects, where he has worked in the capacity of an editor, sound designer and sound mixer. He is also a music producer, producing electronic music under his duo called PRESS X and integrating music with animated visuals and videos.
